I wanted to say a massive thank you for being on the journey with me and for coaching me. You saw me during good times and also the time when my promotion did not come through and I also ended up reporting to a boss I did not get along. During the coaching you helped me uncover the ways I could build a better relationship with my boss and also help her get her promotion so she could help me get mine. AND that day has arrived and I am now promoted to be a Director. Woohoo…….!
