Our collaboration with Avra in the workshop “Coaching the Future: Leadership for the Gen Z Era” was a meaningful experience. The content was well organized and practical. The overall approach created a safe space for sharing ideas and open discussion.
The workshop sparked conversations within our team and gave us direction on how we can further develop the way we lead and work with younger generations – and beyond. We may still have some way to go in putting the workshop’s ideas fully into practice, but what matters most is that the journey started there.
We appreciated her professionalism and the positive energy she brought, and we would be happy to collaborate again in the future.
