I learned a lot from your candid and straightforward approach. You have left me with some key principles of communication, which consistently came out of our coaching sessions, and can be applied across many different scenarios, be that presenting to senior leaders or having day to day dialogue with my team and colleagues. I valued the fact that you have worked in large corporates so understand the dynamics of these orgs and how things work. I also enjoyed your wry humour and openness to many different types of challenge.
